Orders
Please allow 3-10 business days to process your order. USPS Ground shipping is available as well as express shipping for an additional fee to be calculated upon checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $75 (before taxes and fees).
Unfortunately, we do not currently accepts international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Please allow 3-10 business days to process your order. Business days include Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, and exclude weekends and holidays. Orders submitted after 5pm CST will be considered next business day orders.
Once an order has been submitted, no edits, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
Shipping
More To Beauty is not responsible for any packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. No refunds or store credits will be issued if any parts of the shipping address are incomplete or incorrect.
If a package is returned to More To Beauty due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the costs of re-delivery.
All claims related to lost or stolen items must be reported within 10 (ten) business days following the delivery date as reported by the carrier. After this time frame, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost or stolen items. Please note that business days include Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, and exclude weekends and holidays.
Please note that packages are only considered lost if the carrier does not mark as delivered. Once marked as delivered, we will not be responsible for the package if the customer has opted out of the package protection option. If the package protection option was selected, the customer will be able to file a claim within 10 business days for any lost or stolen packages.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Once an order has been submitted and properly delivered, we will not be able to issue any refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Refunds may be provided for lost, damaged, or missing items as according to our policies, and if these claims are reported to us within 10 business days following date of delivery.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after a refund has been approved.
Please note that if a product was purchased on sale, promotion, or discount, you will only be refunded the discounted price. Sale items are not refunded at full price.
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your financial institution as there is often a processing period before credits are posted to your account. If there are no confirmed refunds, please submit a contact form here. We will gladly facilitate the process for you! You may also email us at official.moretobeauty@gmail.com for assistance.
We only offer to replace or exchange items that are incorrect or damaged. In the case of a replacement, a refund will not be granted. All product replacements and exchanged are shipped at no cost to you. There is no need to return any damaged or incorrect items in your possession. Please allow 3-10 business days for any replacement or exchange items to be delivered.
